Founded in 1959, Tiong Seng was first involved in excavation and earthworks which included government projects in the early years. In 1997, our first private condo Guilin View in Bukit Batok by City Developments Limited. Since then, Tiong Seng has been active in numerous commercial and residential projects, which have shaped Singapore’s skyline today. Tiong Seng has grown significantly through collaborations to build various renowned landmarks in Singapore for the past few years. Which include Capella Hotel in Sentosa, resorts World Sentosa Integrated Resort, St. Regis Hotel and Parkroyal on Pickering.

In April 2010, Tiong Seng was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).

Having more than 60 Years of experience as a builder both the private and public sectors , We are capable of undertaking commercial, residential,institutional, foundation, civil engineering and infrastructural projects.

Over the years, we have received several awards and accolades. Under Business Excellence Awards we have received Built Environment Leadership Award (Platinum Star), Singapore Quality Award and SIAS 19th Investors’ Choice Awards 2018 for Most Transparent Company – the Construction category. As for our recently won BCA awards in 2019, Construction Productivity Award Platinum, Construction Productivity for Tiong Seng Building Platinum, Construction Productivity Award for Panorama,Construction Productivity Award for Sol Acres Gold and many more.

Ocean Sky International

Ocean Sky is an investment firm with portfolios in construction, civil engineering, and related services as well as investment and real estate development and management. The Group is active in the Construction and Engineering Business through its subsidiary, ATS Enterprises (ATS). ATS provides all forms of civil engineering solutions and services such as builder works, basement work, drainage work, earthwork and roadwork.

In property development sector, the group is involved in both Singapore and Cambodia. Their past track records and ongoing residential projects includes luxury landed homes in 6 Nim Drive, Eco Garden Mall. The two new developments are Sloane Residences at 17 Balmoral Road and lastly Cairnhill 16 at 16 Cairnhill Rise.
